Breakfast- Vanilla Protein shake with a teaspoon of honey.
Snack- little tin of tuna with a dob of mayo, salt and pepper.
Snack- vege sticks with salsa.
Dinner- Zucchini noodles with pesto and chopped fresh tomato.
Snack- a couple of strawberries or peppermint tea.

Exercise- every day, 30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes crunches, push ups.
