is this amp ok for 2 15in kicker l7?

I'm thinking bout getting 2 15 kicker l7 plannin on running the planet audio big bag 3000 watt amp figured id run it at 1 ohm that way its running 2900 rms into the subs. Is this a good amp for these subs and do u think they can handle 2900 rms or should I run it at 2 ohm cuz then it'll push 2200 rms
