is this alot to eat for a day? in your opinion?

bfast- 1 cup lettuce with sliced celery, broccoli, and cauliflower (no dressing)

lunch- nothing

dinner- 1 iceburg lettuce leaf, 1 slice of oscar mayer lunch meat, celery sticks, and broccoli
 
no actually that's hardly anything.. just one question why do you ask.
it could be for any reason it doesn't matter, aren't you starving your self.
just a question don't take it personal.
 
Wheres your Protein ?
You need protein . , lol. One slice of meat won't do it.
Wheres your starch ?

You can't live on Vegetables ...
 
nooooooo eat!!! thats not health at all u need a eat alot more! if ur looking to loose weight eating more than that will help you loose it faster. and getting a better veriety
 
no thats not enough!.. thats like unhealthy!

You need more fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy...
You dont have to starve yourself to eat healthy
