Is this a WEIRD reason to want to wait for sex...?

That I feel weird having my boyfriend know what my body looks and feels like. It just seems so personal to me and for some reason that is why I don't want to go further. It's not that I have low self esteem, or that I don't care about him, or that I have a low sex drive.. I actually don't really want to see him either... Isn't this a really strange reason? Have you ever felt this way?
 
Yes, that's perfectly normal. But it sounds like you're being pressured to do something you don't want to, and you have to understand that you shouldn't have sex unless you want to, I mean really want to, because you're horny, which is sounds like you're not, because once you are you won't worry so much about feeling weird about your body because the hormones will do all your thinking for you.
 
For whatever reason you don't want to have sex is perfectly fine - and should tell you something.

When you're truly comfortable with someone then sex is the natural next step. If you're not comfortable for whatever reason then it just tells you now is not the time, or perhaps he isn't the one you want to experience that with - It's not weird at all, I promise.
 
that indicates that ur not ready for sex. so dont force your self.when your ready you will know n you wont feel weird.
 
It's not one bit strange, It is good that you don't want to go further. Just wait until you think you are ready, But it's best to wait until your married. And if he doesn't understand that your not ready. Then he is probably not right for you!
 
You go with your gut feeling! If your heart is right, you can`t go wrong! Good for you! Continue to think for YOURSELF!
 
Dont feel weird hun, you are obviously not ready for sex. Just wait, when the time is right you will know! Your body is your temple I think thats what your mind is telling you.
