Is this a poem?And is it any good?

Hair in a tangled mess
Head full of stress
Doesnt matter how i dress
All that is noticed is my ass and my breast
But I must stand strong
All those thoughts are wrong
This is just a test
I will look beyond the mirror
Rub my eyes til the image is clear
discover the woman that lies inside
and hold her dear
 
It is definitely a poem...no one can say what is and what isn't, it is up to the writer to decide: poetry or prose. And it is good, you have a good, controlled use of rhyme. I like the idea of looking "beyond the mirror" it suggests looking past face values. Very good.
 
in my opinion it sounds like you want to be noticed from more then just your looks and for people to take you seriously.
this poem is good because it makes me want to look behind the poem and find the meaning.
