I work by myself. I work with customers golf clubs. The tasks that I do are replacing the shafts and grips, building custom golf clubs and fitting a customer for the proper golf club selection. I receive order from the website and customer send in their golf clubs. I just feel that this is more a job than a business (because I don't spend so much money on it).

It is a job AND a business because you are earning money from it and providing a service. You don't need to spend a lot of money for it to be classified as a business. If I were to get the word out that I provide babysitting, I wouldn't be spending any money at all, but it still would be my business. A business doesn't have to have overhead to be a business. My father in-law who owned his own business for over 40 years said the best kind of business is one where you only own the telephone and the cash box. Your business is also a craft...you are an Artisan with wonderful skills. Sounds like a wonderful career and very enjoyable. Good for you! Best of luck to you!
