Breakfast: Apple OR Banana
OR Special K Red Berries, or both a fruit and the cereal.
Lunch: Freshly cooked chicken with cut onion or red bell peppers for flavor, spinach and romaine leaves for a chicken salad, no dressing.
OR
a bowl/can of Tunafish, no mayo or anything added. Occasionally on a whole wheat bread sandwich.
Snacks: A bit of fruit salad and/or a spoonful of peanut butter
Dinner: Similar to lunch.
What should I add, get rid of or change? I'm planning on joining a gym soon and I want to know what would be best for fat loss and muscle gain.
