everyday i eat a good breakfast and a good dinner. in the morning my breakfast consists of three eggs, sometimes mixed in with ham, and some sort of granola or trail mix. i go till about five without food, do 30 min. of cardio (consistent mix of running and walking) and 15 min. of core exercises like pilates and after my workout i eat a six inch subway sandwich and a glass of 2% milk before i go to sleep. and i take vitamins every day and drink alot of water. is this healthy?
