I eat a bowl of homemade oatmeal with banana for breakfast, fruit and yogurt for lunch, and salad and pita and hummus for dinner, with fruits and vegetables throughout the day as snacks.
I also workout for an hour 5 days a week, and I dance for an 1 1/2 twice a week.
