Is this a healthy diet? Breakfast..Whole wheat eng. muffin w/tsp. of lite peanut...

...butter. an apple, a banana.? salad with just veggies (oil & vinegar dressing)
an orange
zucchini & squash and mushroom w/a can of diced tomatos
 
Breakfast : Whole Wheat Eng Muffin with PB , Apple/ Banana, Yogurt or Cottage Cheese, Milk or OJ

Lunch: Salad, Greenest leaves...spinach...nuts...fruit..little bit of cheese... light amount of any dressing....and a fruit..orange or watermelon...

Dinner: Theres not a lot of calories in any of those if cooked properly, so you may be starving after dinner.

All healthy meals with a few things I added. If you are active, and on the go, you will need the extras!
