IS this a good way to 99 cooking?

I need to cook 127500 salmon to get to 99 cooking. My plan is to cook 1700 a day for 75 days. How many hours a day would I need to cook for? I am only cooking salmon because I don't have enough cash for other food and I don't want to fish them. Should I cook more or less per day or is this good?
 
more if you can and try to get into the master cooking guild west of Varrock, the bank is so close to the range it's unreal (like 2 squares away) you will need to complete varrock quest diary though, failing that cook in catherby and cook as many as possible each day, I was doing 2-3k per day, some times up to 5k
