Is this a good training program?

'm studying to be a personal training and have to make 3 programs, two with trainer and one take home, one hour each.

My client is 18, just starting to play rugby for the first time and is at wing position. He is a complete beginner and has never used the gym or lifted any weights. He has decent fitness but is still far from an athletic level. he is a fast sprinter with a very slim build and has average strength.

I want to: Increase his explosive speed and power, reaction time, cardiovascular fitness.

Is this is a good exercise?

(10 minutes not mentioned for warm up and cool down)

Treadmill run pace level 7-8 with small rests of level 4 light jogging (LEG cardio)
Steps with variations of faster tempo and jumps (coordination, LEG strength, explosive power)
10 Pushup intervals of 5 woith 10 second rest (upper body PUSH)
15 meter sprint back and forth when i choose (LEGS, reaction time, explosive power)
Cable crossover with theroband (upper body strength PULL)
Medicine ball lunge and core twist (LEG strength, coordination, CORE)

This is a circuit and will be repeated once for a total of around 50 minutes, is there anything i'm missing? the client has been completely cleared by a GP and has no outstanding features/problems. Also how can i write the second PT program to be different but with the same goal? (I can do the take home one myself) Please rate. Sorry if my spelling is bad or i missed something i'm about to go to bed. Thanks in advance.
