sprints? I am pretty lean [male], but could get more (mid-teens body fat). I play tennis at a pretty high level of competition. I want the benefits of lungs and i'm used to distance cardio, but i want the high intensity interval training too. so i live on a hill and like to do sprints up it and jog/walk down. the sprints are about 20 seconds. is this good for burning and of course stamina training?
