Protectiveness in a relationship is good at first because you know the guy really likes you. As the relationship continues it becomes an annoyance. Talk to him and say you want a little more space, just tell him if it bothers you. Your boyfriend becoming too protective can become a problem. Just talk to him and hopefully he will understand.
