and for the amp :http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=16922.

I have around 1200$ to play with so if anyone has a better opinion on what to get please tell me.

Ill need to save some of the money to get the subs boxed, wired and installed, and a deck!

Ill most likely be putting this into a chevy blazer.. And also i hear a ported box would be the way to go?

my husband always told me to go to pawn shopes to get ur subs and box sumtimes you can get a good amp. i have to kenwoods in my firebird that my husband got from a pawn shope ant they are better than the ones he bought online so you decide...pluse pawn shopes are cheap.

pretty good set up.
your box i would suggest having a slot port. you will get about 80% better bass responce out of your kicker set up... i build my own, and the guy i know that owns a car audio store here in town offered me $500 for mine. if you want i can design you one for no cost. just shoot me an email.
