Is This A Good Sprinting Time....?

Okay. I've only ran track for a few months. I've ran Cross Country for awhile. I'm 12. I run 1/4 of a mile in 1:23. I'm about 4'1 and weigh 75 pounds. So, is this a good time? I've never been a good sprinter. So I'll keep training if it's not!!!
Woopsys I'm actually 4'11. Lol.
