B Brian New member Sep 22, 2010 #1 My coach is recommending me to do this and I'm just wondering what you guys think of it. Get two 5lb. dumbbells and work your arms as if you were in a sprint for 30 secs. Is this a good exercise? or do you guys know of something better?
