Is this a good snack to have before a 2hr workout at the gym?

I wake up at 5:30am to workout.. I can't eat breakfast that early in the morning..But I need to eat something little before I exercise because I am noticing that I'm getting headaches and dizziness while I lift weights.. This is what I am planning on eating

2 scrambled eggs (1 egg+yolk, 1 egg white), with spinach..
and half a banana... (I wanna save the other half for my breakfast ^_^)
large mug of freshly brewed cold green tea (I brewed it the night before and stuck it in the fridge)

Is that good? after I workout I eat 1/2C of oatmeal (the real stuff), 1 cup of skim milk with protein powder, and fruit
