Is This A Good Price For a New Phone?

yeah that's the reboot that I'm talking about as well it does that to kind of fix itself especially if there are some issues with your device. (kind of like a self cleaning oven).
if you are looking for a device with no problems, that will be hard to find. the only device that I can think of that would be like that wold be the nokia 6010, or 3595. Honestly, it sounds like if all you want to do is just use instant messenger and web browser then you probably want a sidekick but there are just as many issues.

I just got off the phone and I am getting my third BlackBerry Pearl shipped out to me at no cost but as soon as I pay my bill I am switching out to my SK 3. The only issues I have had with the sidekick are the data outages and only one shut down on me while I was charging it.

Personally I would never get a sidekick. Its not my device type.
Besides I don't know how your sidekicks in the past have been stable. My gf has had it for a year with problem after problem, the main is the keyboard popping out. Then pieces falling off, navigation sometimes difficult.
To me its a brick. And I've seen so many in repairing shops.
Now my gf has a Sony ericson p800i. She is really happy with it. And it didn't cost me more than 350.

she prbobably has the sidekick2, the three is a lot better, even though there are some problems but i've seen a few forums and had some other information about new sidekicks coming soon, so we will see how those are

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~ I have never had problems with keys falling off any phone. I have seen the newer sidekicks coming out and really don't like the look of them right now so I may just order the ID online if I get it for the advertised price online. I will just swap my sim card between my 3 and the ID.

I tried the Sidekick ID and it didn't have much. No Bluetooth, no music player, no camera. There was three strikes right there.

I barely use the MP3 player or camera on my Pearl or SK3 right now.

Also, a reminder as of why I posted this thread: I asked for feedback on the price of the device with that deal (which I may not go thru Amazon anymore because of another issue that just came up), not for negative posts about why I am changing devices, other's issues/problems, etc.

I decided not to go thru Amazon due to them screwing up another order I placed last month. I am saving my cash and will buy the iD as a Christmas gift to myself. I deserve it after all the problems I have had with the Pearls.

I am happy I didn't go thru with the Amazon deal. I found out the other day via email from T-Mo CS that I am eligible for a full handset upgrade (with max discounts) in about 4 months.
