is this a good pre-workout meal?

i ate 2 cups of raw spinach and 2 slices of honey wheat bread, waited an hour and a half, then left for the gym to do an hour and 15 mins of cardio and 45 mins of strength/weight training. i just got back to my dorm and i am starving!

i was wondering if what i ate before working out was really enough to sustain me.
 
You are definitely eating too much. What I would do if I were you is eat something small before working out, then AFTER eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, or just peanut butter toast, and a glass of chocolate milk. It helps to fill you up, but not too much, and it replaces necessary nutrients. Also, anything with acai berry is good as it repairs muscles after weight training. This is what the FBI Agents in Training do at Quantico. Just thought I'd let you know.
