The Evolution portfolios are their budget model. If you're showing them to friends and family, it's an OK portfolio. If you're going to a client for a presentation, then it's not really enough. The bigger the prints, the better the images will look, if they are done correctly.
A good plan is to get a smaller portfolio for travel and such, and a larger, better portfolio for clients. Like one of these:
