is this a good meal plan/lifestyle change/diet to help me lose weight fast and healthy?:
I am a 15 year old male that weighs 237 lbs standing at 5'10
heres my plan:



EAT SLOW!!!!

Morning : ½-1 cup of plain oatmeal with some kind of fruit or vegetable

Afternoon : first eat vegetable salad as the body takes fat fast when u r hunger then eat chicken and a juice is good as dessert(orange or apple)(if desired)

evening: (eat before 7:00 ) eat nothing after 7 PM
a vegetable salad and chicken without rice or bread(…at night time you don’t have activity to do, when u eat more at nights then u turn so fat)
[[ALWAYS DRINK WATER, ALWAYS]]
[[EAT FRUITS AND VEGGIES IN BETWEEN MEALS]]

Final thing:
Cutout deep-frieds: burgers ,pizzas and fat items like butter cheese ,mayonnaise etc. Also cut out colas, Pepsi’s…drink more water ,yogurt its healthy!!

Jog/run/walk/bike everyday for at THE VERY LEAST 1 hour. Also do some exercises such as; jumping jacks, push-ups, sit-up, etc. *TRY YOUR HARDEST to fit in some hip-hop abs. Get plenty of sleep every night.

when you cant control hunger then eat as many fruits and carrots as you like, drink more water. Grape fruit and raw veggies are a plus!!!!

*little tip: one more good tip i can give u.,drink honey and lemon with water early in the morning before breakfast ,1 tea spoon honey and 10 lemon drops
 
It sounds o.k., except you need to add some protein to your breakfast. Maybe a hard-boiled egg? Skip the fruit juice and eat the whole fruit instead. Add small amounts of good fats from almonds, avocadoes, etc. Remember the key--eat less, move more. In order for you to lose weight and keep it off, exercise needs to be a regular activity.
