At the moment I'm 5'6 and weigh 227 lb, trying to lose 50 lb over the next few months. Will this be possible with the following diet + lifestyle change?

Breakfast:
-1 omlette
-1 glass fresh juice
-1 bowl of cornflakes with low fat milk
-1 fruit
-Nuts (almonds/cashews/pistachios)
-1 glass protein shake (optional)
Snack:
-Protein/Cereal bar
-1 Fruit
Lunch:
-1 cup Vegetables
-1 bowl brown rice
-1 fruit
-1 bowl of soup
Snack:
-1 bowl of brocolli
-Egg whites
Dinner:
-1 cup vegetables
-1 bowl of soup
-1 fruit
-1 chicken item (chicken manchurian, chicken chow min etc)
*I dont eat beef or fish so my protein intake is very limited.

EXCERSISE
Morning: Walk for 45 min on treadmill
Afternoon: Weights + Cardio for 1 hour
Evening: Walk on the beach for 30 min
