The gym is so expensive!
The gym was to be a 1 hour sessions of 15 minutes treadmill, 25 minutes exercise bike, 10 minutes rower and 5 minutes arm grinder
I want to do this instead
2 sessions of 20 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes of weights (Tuesday and Thursday)
and
2 sessions of 20 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the exercise bike (Wednesday and Friday)
plus
2 x 20 minute walks (Saturday)
and
2 hours of Wing Chun training (Sunday)
Need to lose 45 kilos
