breakfast - quaker oats with milk
snacks - fruits
lunch - two white toast (for gods sake its toast) with butter or a sandwich
snacks - this fruit bar
dinner - white rice and veggies/steamed fish or meat
i also exercise/cardio everyday. im not fat just keeping fit, am i still burning more calories/fat than i eat when i exercise ???
