Is this a good exercise ?

Hey . I currently work out everyday and mainly go on the exercise bike. I usually bike ride for 30 minutes and burn of around 250 calories. I wonder how many calories it would take to burn of alot of fat. My diet is good. I eat rice everyday, breakfast cereal with milk, and a sandwich mainly for lunch. I wonder how many calories it would take to burn of, my goal is to be 55kg and I'm currently 60kg. Any advice thanks.
