Everyday i do 1 hour straight stationary bike about 15m/s . After that i do about 100 push up. 1st set is 30reps then 7 sets of 10 reps. And bicep curl 10lbs , 10 reps of 4 sets. I do rest my body every sunday or im i working too hard? I weigh 130lbs. I know that i need to rest and repair my muscle but i dont feel any sore the next day. I'm trying to lower my overall body fat %
