Is this a good exercise routine?

I plan on doing this 5 days a week with a 1700 calorie diet (1200 cal diet doesn't work for me xD)-

Run outside for 20 Minutes (I ran for 15 today only cause my old neighbor started watching me through his window so I got creeped out) (150 Calories burned approx.)
Throughout school- Walking (Burns around 80-100 calories)
Afterschool- Biking for 30 minutes and doing step Aerobics (low impact) for another 30 Minutes
At Night- Another 30 minutes of step aerobics (low impact) and 10 minutes of Yoga

Is this a good excercise plan and how long will it take me to loose 15 pounds with this diet?
I'm 5'0 and weigh 127.
