Is this a good exercise routine?

I don't exercise pretty much at all. I'm apparently underweight, but my body is Really gross and flabby. I want to tone up really bad as I'm so unhappy with my body. Is this a good plan?

Get up at 6:30am, shower, go for a walk at 7:00 till 7:45
Go swimming for 15 minutes, freestyle and breaststroke.

Is 1500 calories the right amount for 19 year old girl? I'm 5 foot 5 and 100 lbs
