Is this a good exercise routine to lose weight?

30 minutes on my treadmill (I do like 1 - 2 minutes of walking, 30 - 60 seconds of running and then back to walking, back and forth and I burn around 150 - 200 calories....) and 15 minutes of pilates, squats, etc etc for muscle toning.

And every other day I do 20 minutes of dancing and/or some DDR

Goal is to lose 20 lbs by New Years (5'2" 135 - 140 lbs)
I have a healthy diet, no worries
