the elliptical is always on level 8-9 resistance and i run anywhere between 25-40 minutes
monday-elliptical (25-40 minutes, 5-10 minute weights)
tuesday-elliptical (25-40 minutes, 5-10 minute ab exercises)
wednesday-rest, usually with some walking
thursday-elliptical (25-40 minutes, 5-10 minute weights)
friday-elliptical (25-40 minutes, 5-10 minute abs)
saturday-rest, again, usually with walking
i'm not really aiming to lose weight, i'm rather happy with my body the way it is
i just want to maintain my shape as it is and avoid losing my (finally) flat stomach
i consume about 1,200-1,400 calories each day
these are the foods that basically make up my diet:
-egg whites
-all sorts of fruit (many servings of that a day haha i'm a fruitaholic)
-all sorts of vegetables
-whole wheat bread (without high fructose corn syrup)
-campbells select harvest light soups
-sometimes special k cereal (berries and yogurt kind)
-steamed or grilled shrimp
-grilled chicken
-grilled salmon
i can't really think of any other sorts of foods i eat haha
i stay away from all fried foods and try not to eat too many sweets
i don't totally restrict myself though, i love my fat free pudding
just wondering if i'm doing okay and if this is at all effective
