Is this a good exercise plan?

Okay here is an exercise schedule I developed:

Day one: Bicep, Chest, Shoulder.

Day two: Triceps, back, legs.

I work out four times a week rotating between day one and two. I do four sets for all of my muscle groups. Then I will take the 4 sets, divide them by two and do two different exercises for one muscle group. For example I will do two sets of dumbbell curls and two sets of hammer curls. Usually I will do around 10 reps for each set. On the days that I do weights I do 20 minutes of high intense cardiovascular and then the rest of the days in the week I do thirty minutes. Also I do abdominal exercises daily. Is the to much exercise or to little? I am already naturally muscular, so It is not like I want to get any bulker, because I already wear XXL in some shirts and it would be hard to find clothes. I hope my question is informative, if not, just let me know and I will explain any confusing parts to my query.
