As of right now Im 14, 5'4, 125 pounds. I have a 6pack, but only when I flex, want to try and get it without flexing, pecs are pretty well defined, want to work on them more. And arms I want to work on more too. Order of priorities are 1-Abs 2-Pecs 3-Arms. Currently am doing 4 sets of 25pushups and 4 sets of 50 situps, with doing pushups, situps, one song break (About 3 min) Then next set. Any Ideas for better exercises? Have only body wheight, and pull up bar. And do track practice on monday-thursday.
Almost forgot eating info. Breakfast varies normally oatmeal, 2 glasses of orangejuice, And the instant breakfast chocolate milk stuff. Lunch varies on whats at school If hamburgers 5 hamburgers a propel and a fruit, chicken 5 things of chicken and propel (I always get 5), Dinner is normally 2 entrass however you spell that, and of corse the entrass come with like vegtables and stuff. And I always ate that much, not trying to magically gain muscle or anything. And At night One A day teen vitimens, And Oh yes my metabolism burns through food like hell.
