1. Ride exercise bike for 30 minutes [ long enough for a t.v. show, keep it entertaining.. ]
2. Walk on treadmill for 15 minutes, [ bad experience, involves burns and scars, not running on a treadmill again. ]
3. 5 minute break, get some water and relax a little.
4. 25 crunches to start off, then increase.
5. bYou hip hop dance workout,
Does that sound good? Or too much? I'm trying to get a better body by March. It doesn't have to be completely healthy, [ i'm overweight, ] by then, just a little better, I will be on a cruise, and yeah. Thanks!
Also, eat LOTS of fruit, [ mainly apples. ] Because I read, that high water foods like Apples, grapes, etc. Are REALLY good for losing weight. And eat fruits all day, and then at dinner have what you want and don't eat past 8. I read this ALL from a fitness instructor..
ALSO LAST QUESTION!: Will losing weight cause my boobs to get smaller? I do not really want D's anymore.. Especially at 13 almost 14.
