i'm not trying to lose weight, just tone up a little and be healthy.
i'm 16 years old, currently weighing 101 pounds and i'm 5'5"
i've been battling an eating disorder for about a year and i'm finally starting to make a break through on living a healthy lifestyle again. anyway, i already have all my nutritional, eating related things figured out but i do want to continue exercising just for the health benefits and to stay active.
since i'm not trying to lose any more weight by any means--is it fine if i do cardio 5 times a week; running outdoors 2-3 times each week for 30-40 minutes--and then go on the elliptical for 25-30 minutes for the remaining 2 or 3 days? i also plan on doing abdominal exercises to tone up my stomach for summer. but that's about it.
is that a sufficient enough of a workout?
