Is this a good eating lifestyle?

Im 13,5ft8in,110lbs (im not THAT skinny)and i eat kinda a lot but i jog 2mi,then walk 2mi,then jog 2 more mi,i do this mon-thur, i have slightly-middling abs but want deep abs.will i get deep cuts if I do ab excersises and keep my cardio up or do i have to diet?i drink nothing but water.plz tell me all i need is ab workouts(special k is adictive)
 
yup! eating a lot is ok as long as you excercise. i wont suggest diet but id say reduce a lil bit of eating. lots of cardios is good. crunches and stitups for your abs. and yes drink lots of water.just do lots of exercise :D
