Is this a good diet plan ??? I need some opinions !!!?

Well before I start I need to just write that I've been anorectic and I recently recovered...However I put WAY too much weight and now I want to lose about 12 pounds (my doctor and my mom said that it's fine as long as I'm still gonna eat some healthy fat in my diet and I won't starve myself as I did before...) So the plan is:
On Weekends and tuesdays and thursdays:
Brekkie : Organic oats with fat free yogurt and some blackberries
Lunch : Wholemeal roll with butter, german salami (I ate a lot of it during my recovery and I'm just addcited!!) and a slice of cheese./ on week days I'm not going to have a time to prepare myself a lunch so I'll probably eat something like a hamburger in McDonalds...
Dinner : Skinless chicken breast and vegetables (mushrooms, asparagus and green beans) or Salmon with veggies

On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays :
Brekkie : scrambled eggs (1 whole egg, 2 egg whites), tbls, of butter and a slice of wholemeal bread.
Lunch : Tuna sandwich (2 slices of wholemeal bread, tuna canned in water, tbls of mayo)
Dinner : Turkey breast, baked beans and some veggies...

I'll be exercising everyday for at least 30 minutes and I'm going to start jogging...However because of CCollege I won't be able to run everyday, I choose to run on fridays, saturdays, sundays and mondays...

SO what do you guys think ???
