So I'm 13, 5'0 and 87 pounds. Please don't go all "Ohh, you dont need to worry! You're perfectly fine!" on me.
I feel like I'm getting fatter (i've been depressed for 2 weeks, really complicated family and friend issues but i haven't been eating lots of comfort food. i think it may be because i spend a lot of time reading or on my laptop talking to friends then doing other stuff.) I play two different leagues of basketball (but I HATE BASKETBALL) and I eat fairly okay, not great though.
I think I'm going to start eating healthy and walking for 30 minutes each day or more. After a week or so of that, I'll start jogging or walking for longer.I'll also stretch everyday in the morning.
I'm fairly happy with my body, it's just sometimes i feel like my arms and legs are way skinnier then my middle/upper body.. What do you think of my plan?
