for lunch i have grapes, 2 tangerines and a wholemeal sandwich with chicken on it
for dinner i have something like a stir fry, fajitas or a piece of meat and a rice salad
for pudding i have tinned fruit
then i do 20 mins fast walking and 20 mins moderate biking a day
so how much weight will i lose?
