everyday i get home from school i eat veggies with meat, chicken, or fish maybe some other it always varies. at school for lunch i eat a chicken sandwich. this is mostly what i eat everyday. is it a good diet?? i also started to drink a lot of water. i need a workout i was doing p90x polymetrics but i need to change up the workout without any equipment and i still go to school so i cant just go and run.do u know any thing that i can go do. at school i sweat soo i sorta do a little bit of exercise but i need a good home workout without equipment.
