replace A coil & electric, Furnace 13 seer in closet

Outside:
Standard, 3 tonnage, 13 seer rehm/ruud system
new saftey diconect, new refrigerant line

Inside:
Connect to existing duct system
Fan coil with supplement electric heat
Standart

13 seer split system – $ 5250

does that makes sence to anybody and is it worth it?
