Is this a good deal on a dodge diesel truck? 10 pts.?

I am looking to buy a dodge diesel truck. Please do not tell me to buy a different truck or even a different model. I am going to get this specific model, I just want a second opinion on whether or not this is a good deal. I have checked kelly blue books for a price but still want an opinion.


The truck is a dodge diesel 2500 2001, long bed, extended cab, slt laramie, 200,000 miles, 4X4, and has a performance chip in it. It is 9900. I feel this is a good price but want a second opinion. The truck is in good shape, the engine runs very nicely. So is this a good price? If not what price should I offer? thanks
 
id offer them a little less on it ,actually its a good truck even with that many miles on it but the money is to much on it,offer them around 8 thousand to start with and watch their reaction and see what they say they will take on it,they got it priced to make money on and you can get it a lot cheaper than that,because most people would shy away from it with that many miles on it and they know this,try 8 or 8500 and see if they act interested,if its really nice it wouldn't be to bad of a deal at that,good luck.
