Is this a good deal on a 2007 honda civic si?

2007 Honda Civic SI 62,000 miles, 6 speed, VTEC engine , keyless entry, sunroof, 17" aftermarket rims nice good tires, after market header, chipped, dynod , cold air intake, lowered, nice CD player, 4 door, 197 HP stock this has 237 HP and 207 at the wheels. It is black and I have talked the guy down to $11000. Is that a good deal or not?
