I'm looking for a project bike that needs a little work but nothing major. This will also be my first bike, so I'd like something that's good for learning to ride on. I've found a 2002 Kawasaki Ninja 250 for $850. It has a clear title, but is in need of some work. I've been told that the bike starts and idles well, but has been dropped and needs a new left handle bar, left turn signal, wind screen, and throttle cable. It seems to me that this is a good deal - any thoughts?
