Is this a good deal for a used 1989 dodge daytona turbo?

Im going to be buying a 1989 dodge daytona turbo it has t-tops and aftermarket rims comes with winter tires on rims and is in perfect condition paint is perfect transmission was rebuilt recently and the interior is perfect there asking 3000.00
it has also had the engine rebuilt..
I forgot to add that The only thing performance that has been done to this car was the boost has been turned up a little bit
