Is this a good deal for a Lexus is250 2009 model?

I have just seen a 2009 is250 AWD. MSRP 36000 and final price of 32500. I have been given a lease offer of 3500 down (all inclusive, no additions) and 395 per month for 36 months for 12,000 miles. COuld you indicate if this is a fair deal or if I should bargain further, and if so by how much. Appreciate your help.
 
I sell cars for a living and you know you have a good deal when they have negotiated with you to the point of frustration. But, just for piece of mind check and see if another dealer can beat the deal on a car priced exactly the same.
