Is this a good deal for a Honda Si?

This guy wants to sell me a 2002 Honda Si Ep3, that has 97000miles, clean title, and he says he take very good car for it. He want me to give him 6700.....IS THIS A DEAL????
 
point out all the dislike from the car
like rust , dent, scratch , weird sound , clutch feel old, brakes are old,
tires are old, any head lights or tail lights doesn't work ??,no oil change ??,scratched rims from curbs...... . and soo on
then tell him that "i will take it for $6000 flat!!! DEAL OR NO DEAL??"
