ok i'm thinking about buying a 1994 cady deville. it has 20" rims. it needs a new oil pump, a new timing belt, and a new battery.the interior and exterior are in pretty good shape. the guy is asking 1000 for it but i'm going to offer him 600 cash and i'm not going any higher than 800. does that sound like a good deal? please don't give just a one word response.
