Is this a good deal for a 1991 Toyota 4Runner?

It is obviously a 91, it has 200,000 miles on it and the catalytic converter is cut off. it also has a towing hookup for a trailer with electric brakes. the seller is asking 4,000. Is this a good deal. Oh! BTW, it runs great and has a great interior.
 
HELL NO thats a freakin rip off are you nuts..... 4 grand for a 91 and 200,000 miles.... the seller is smokin crack... You can find a newer one for cheaper than that and it has less miles on it. Tell the seller 2000 cash and thats it maybe even lower
 
no way maybe if you drop a zero off the end.that much money can get you a late model 4 runner with a little over 100,000 on the clock
