I have decided to write a book about a girl who has been in foster care most of her life because her father is violent toward her.
She ends up with this family she really likes and stays with them; but she see's them get murdered by her father who tracked her down or something.
She goes to another family that she also likes and starts seeing the ghosts of the dead family; talking to them; having visions and dreams. She is a very troubled girl who ends up needing therapy.
I don't know if she goes to foster care or a boarding school with ghosts and stuff.
I am also hoping to make this into a series; so any advice on new ideas or to make it into a series and feedback will be greatly appreciated.
The title is Blackwood if she goes to boarding school because that's the name of the boarding school. I also need another name for the book if she is in foster care, do you have any ideas? Thanks!
